Gratitude for the present moment is the only way I am able to be sanely in the presence of love right now. Gratitude for my breath. Thankful for what my body CAN do. Grateful for the people in my life who won't allow me to forget how loved I am today, yesterday, and forever. Forgiveness for the others. Forgiveness for doubts within my small self. The biggest Self I have knows what needs to be done and has the patience and clarity to honor whatever that means.
